"Kindle Customer", you must be joking, right? Have you the attention span of a brain damaged gnat? Looking at your past reviews, you pretty much hate everything you've ever read. How sad. Oh, and by the way, you should learn the difference between "to" and "too".Sojourner is a solid book and a great follow up to Mayhawk Rising. So far, I have loved every book by N.K. Schlaudecker and look forward to the next. I also LOVE the audio book narration. Wonderful job. If you like stories based on the King Arthur story, you will love this book as well as Mayhawk Rising!

This book as the first is really without plot just a continuous progression. It has a title implying it is about Arthur, it is not nor even is it a complete tale.
The first book was way to short and together truly make one book if even then there is no real closure. Could have been so much more. Thus I gave it a two because she did not complete the book nor hold true to her own title.
Sojourner is an amazing second installment to the Mayhawk story. The raw beauty of each scene is captured with such depth and clarity that it's impossible to put this book down. The characters inspire both love and hate, and the plot is riveting and fast paced. It tugs at the heart strings. I both laughed and cried while reading it. This series has quickly become one of my all time favorites. Definitely give it a read.
After reading Mayhawk Rising I had to follow it up with Mayhawk Sojourner. Was so glad I did. N.K. Schlaudecker writes so smoothly through the era of King Arthur. This book has characters that you will hate, despise and fall in love with. I laughed, I cried and I was in awe at the pace of the action. Definitely looking forward to more of this author's writing. A must read, BOTH of the Mayhawk books!
This is a wonderful followup to the first book, with the same attention to characterization and well paced plot.
